Take this fun and informal opportunity to learn more about the legislative process and the importance of public policy for our profession.
Where: Hawai‘i State Capitol, Room 329
When: Monday, March 20, 2016
Time: 7:00 am to 1:00 pm
We will serve a casual breakfast where HAND members can meet and talk with legislators and legislative staff. It’s a great way to tell the story of what dietitians do in the State to improve the health of our community, and to network with fellow RDs on how we can all get involved.
We love it if you to see you! It’s okay if you can only attend part of the event.

- Planning prior to the event
- Set up or clean up at breakfast (7:00 am or 10:00 am)
- Attending breakfast (8:00 am to 10:00 am)
- Legislative office visits (starts at 11:00 am)
