Call for speaker proposals for our 2025 HAND Conference!
The 2025 HAND Annual Conference will take place on April 11th, 2025 at O’ahu Country Club. See full Speaker Proposal details here. All proposals must be submitted through this online form by Saturday, November 30th, 2024 11:59 PM Hawaii Time. Emailed proposals will not be accepted.
Particular topics of interest expressed by our membership include but are not limited to the following:
- Hawaiʻi nutrition/cultural foods
- Diet trends (intermittent fasting, keto diet, GLP-1 agonists) and latest research
- Sports nutrition
- Eating Disorders
- GI issues, gut health, and microbiome testing
- Nutrition counseling skills (motivational interviewing)
- Precision nutrition/nutrigenomics
- Diabetes, Thyroid health, Chronic Kidney Disease
- Food as medicine programs, program development
