- Grow sales by generating one’s own leads and establishing new accounts.
- Primary sales call points are the dietary, nutritional, and speech therapy staffs at hospitals and long-term care facilities.
- Provide top-notch customer service to existing accounts via phone, email, and/or in-person product demonstrations.
- Work with food distributors.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Contribute to sales team effort as needed.
