Ruby-Ann Hayasaka, RD, is the director of Nutritional Services and Chief Clinical Dietitian at Castle Medical Center in Kailua, a position she has held for the past 10 years.
Prior to moving back to Hawai’i to be closer to her family and accepting her current position at CMC, Hayasaka was the Director for Nutritional Services at Adventist Health, the medical center’s corporate office in California, and served as Chief Dietitian for the Nutritional Support Team at the prestigious Loma Linda University Medical Center’s Pharmacy Department.
Hayasaka is a registered dietitian and has graduate degrees in business and nutrition, and is president-elect of the Hawai’i Dietetic Association.
